3rd november 2020: 2500 Years since The Battle of Thermopylae

Four stamps depicting scenes from the momuments by Vasos Falireas at Thermopylae (€0,50 and €2,50) and Sparta (a portrait of Leonidas, €1,00) and the famous text by Simonides inscribed on the Spartan burial mound (€0,90). They were issued in sheetlets of 25 stamps and two sheetlets, one with the stamps of €0,90 and €1,00 and one with the stamps of €0,50 and €2,50.

Note: the stamps would have been released on 22nd september but the issue was postponed because of two typing errrors in the €0,90 stamp.

22nd September 2020: 2500 Years after The Battle of Salamis

Four stamps depicting ships from the battle (€0,90, €1,00 and €2,00) and a portrait of Themistoclis (€1,00). They were issued in sheetlets of 25 stamps and two sheetlets, one with the two stamps of €1,00 and one with the stamps of €0,90 and €2,00.

31st July 2020: 100 Years since the death of Ion Dragoumis

One stamp with a value of €2,00 depicting this famous Greek politician and diplomat. They were issued in sheetlets of 25 stamps and a souvenir sheetlet containing one stamp.

20th July 2020: Euromed "Gastronomy in the Mediterranean"

Four stamps depicting Greek food: Xortopita (Wild greens Pie) (€0,40), Xtapodi (Octopus) (€0,50), Arni (Lamb) (€2,50) and Mousakas (€3,00). They were issued in sheetlets of 25 stamps, souvenir sheetlets of four stamps and booklets with a set of stamps, perforated on two sides.

21st May 2020: Events and anniversaries I

Four stamps to celebrate 100 years of the Historical Archive of Crete (€0,10), 100 years of the Agricultural University of Athens (€0,90), 100 years of the Athens University of Economics and Business (€1,00) and 50 years of the Military Officers Academy (€2,00). They were issued in sheetlets of 25 stamps.

2020 - 2

8th May 2020: Europa - Ancient postal routes

Two stamps with a value of €2,00 and €4,50, depicting maritime mail ships from the 19th century, "Prince Maximilian" and "Archiduco Ludovico". They were issued in sheetlets of 16 stamps (comprising of 8 se-tenant sets) and sheets of 8 single stamps. They were also issued in a booklet containing two se-tenant sets, not perforated on two sides.

8th April 2020: Ancient Greek Theatres

Five stamps with a value of €0,10 (Gitana), €0,50 (Kassope), €1,00 (Dodoni), €2,00 (Nicopolis) and €2,50 (Ambrakia). They were issued in sheetlets of 25 stamps.
