12th December 2012: Christmas 2012

Four stamps depicting Christmas symbols, with a value of €0,10, €0,62, €0,78 and €3,00. They were printed in sheets of 25 stamps. Two booklets with self-adhesive stamps were also issued, eight stamps for the lowest inland rate and eight stamps for the lowest overseas rate.

26th October 2012: 100 Years since the Liberation of Thessaloniki

Four stamps depicting The battle of Deskati (€0,40), The entrance of the Greek army in Thessaloniki (€0,62), The battleship Georgios Averof (€0,85) and The battle of Sarantaporo (€2,50). They were printed in sheets of 20 stamps.

12th September 2012: Greek Shipping II

Six stamps depicting  ships, Brig or Paron 1821 (€0,01), Mistiko or Galliot 17th c. (€0,15), Corvette 18th c. (€0,62), Ionian - Cretan Galley 16th c. (€0,78), Sakoleva 19th c. (€2,00) and Latinadiko in shipyard 18th c. (€2,40). They were printed in sheets of 25 stamps. A sheetlet containing all six stamps was also issued.

16th July 2012: Gold medals 2012

Two sheetlets with a stamp with a value of €2,50 showing Dimitris Chondrokoukis (High Jump) and Vlassis Maras (Gymnastics).

2nd July 2012: Olympic Games – London 2012

Two stamps with the logo of the Games and value of €0,78 and €1,70. They were printed se-tenant in sheets of 8 stamps.

25th July 2012: Touring

Six stamps with scenes from local landscapes, Tzoumerka, Epirus (€0,01), Evinos river, Central Greece (€0,10), Samaria gorge, Crete (€0,62), Acheron river, Epirus (€0,78), Rodopi, Thrace (€2,00) and Xanthi, Thrace (€2,50). They were printed in sheets of 25 stamps. Two booklets containing self-adhesive stamps with a value of €0,62 and €0,78 were also issued. Also, a number of special booklets were issued for hotels in Rhodes and Samos.

10th May 2012: Europe 2012 – Visit Greece

Two stamps depicting impressions of landscapes with a value of €0,75 and €3,25. They were printed se-tenant in sheets of 16 stamps. Also, stamp booklets were issued comprising of two times two stamps, imperforated on two sides.

18th April 2012: Games of the old neighbourhood

Six stamps depicting Football (€0,02), Scooter (€0,10), skipping rope (€0,35), marbles (Lowest inland rate), Spinning Top (€2,00) and Hopscotch (€3,00). They were printed in sheets of 25 stamps. A sheetlet containing all six stamps and a booklet with ten self-adhesive Marbles-stamps were also issued.

21^st February 2012: Riches of the Greek seas

Ten stamps, depicting a Hippocampus Guttulatus (Lowest Inland rate), Dasyatis Pastinaca (Registered lowest inland rate), Palinurus elephas (€0,02), Octopus vulgaris (€0,03), Anemonia veridis (€0,05), Caretta Caretta (€0,20), Epinehpelus mariginatus (€0,35), Dentex dentax (€0,50), Aurelia aurita (€1,00) and Charcharius taurus (€3,00). They were printed in sheets of 25 stamps. Also, booklets with 20x5 stamps, perforated on two sides, were issued for sale at the Post Offices.
